¼ Cup Toasted Pine Nuts 3 Ounces Sweet Onion 16 Halves, Sun Dried Tomatoes (jarred in Oil) 2 Large Garlic Cloves ¼ - ⅓ Cup Fresh Basil ½ Cup Olive Oil (or, ¼ cup of the oil from jarred Sun Dried Tomatoes, plus ¼ cup Olive Oil)
In food processor chop, onion, sun dried tomatoes, garlic and basil. Add pine nuts and roughly chop in food processor (want to only slightly chop the pinenuts).
