Gluten-Free Raspberry Glaze: Drizzle some raspberry flavor over your favorite cake or cupcake.
A simple glaze for use over any cake of your choosing. It goes well with everything from angel food, to yellow cakes, to chocolate cakes. A wonderful accent flavor.

Ingredients
1½ Cups Sugar 2½ Cups Frozen Raspberries 3 Tablespoons Cornstarch 2 Tablespoons Water 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Directions
- Place all ingredients in sauce pan.
- Cook on medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until glaze thickens (approximately one minute after glaze reaches a boil).
- Allow glaze to cool and then strain to remove seeds.
