Gluten-Free Vanilla Frosting
Ingredients
½	Cup (1 Stick) Butter
3½	Cups Confectioners’ Sugar
1	Tablespoon Vanilla
2	Tablespoons Milk
Directions
  1. Place the butter in mixer and blend slightly with whisk attachment.
  2. Add confectioners’ sugar, vanilla and milk; mix until light and fluffy (approximately 2 minutes). Add additional confectioners’ sugar if you desire a thicker frosting.
