A delightfully light frosting that will not overpower the flavor of cakes, but instead accentuate, with just a hint of vanilla.
Gluten-Free Recipe Card and Pictures
½ Cup (1 Stick) Butter 3½ Cups Confectioners’ Sugar 1 Tablespoon Vanilla 2 Tablespoons Milk
- Place the butter in mixer and blend slightly with whisk attachment.
- Add confectioners’ sugar, vanilla and milk; mix until light and fluffy (approximately 2 minutes). Add additional confectioners’ sugar if you desire a thicker frosting.
