A smooth chocolate frosting with accents of almonds (and, optional maraschino cherry flavor).

Gluten-Free Chocolate Almond Frosting
Ingredients
½	Cup (1 Stick) Butter
2	Tablespoons Almond Paste
4	Tablespoons Maraschino Cherry Juice (or Water)
1	Tablespoon Milk
½	Cup Cocoa
3	Cups Powdered Sugar
Directions
  1. With mixer, cream together butter and almond paste.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until frosting is light and fluffy in texture.
  3. If frosting is too thick to work with, add additional cherry juice or water as needed.
