Peanut butter and chocolate come together in a wonderful combination that goes well with chocolate cake. The recipe can easily be modified to accommodate various other nut-butters like hazelnut and macadamia nut.

Ingredients
¼ Cup Water 3 Ounces Bittersweet Baking Chocolate 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter 1 Teaspoon Vanilla 1½ Cups Confectioners’ Sugar
Directions
- Place water and chocolate in a microwavable bowl.
- Microwave until melted chocolate and water combine and become a smooth mixture. Place this thinned chocolate into mixer.
- Add peanut butter, vanilla, and sugar to chocolate mixture; mix thoroughly until a spreading consistency is reached.
